At our store, we start every visit with a precise foot measurement. If you are shopping without your child, we recommend bringing a stick that represents your child’s foot length. To measure at home:

  1. Have your child stand on a flat surface.
  2. Mark the longest toe and the back of the heel on a piece of paper.
  3. Measure the distance between the two points.
  4. Compare it with our conversion chart to find the right shoe size.

For online orders, always check the shoe description, as some styles (e.g., wellies) may fit differently.

You can exchange shoes for a different size or style within 7 days for in-store purchases and 7 days from the date the shoes were delivered for online orders.

Some of our styles are designed for wide feet, but we do not offer half sizes.
