Footwear Fitting & Guidance
At Healthy Steps, we take care to measure and fit children’s footwear based on in-store assessment or customer-provided information, with the aim of ensuring appropriate fit, comfort, and support.
Where a child has specific foot concerns or has received advice from a podiatrist, physiotherapist, or other healthcare professional, we recommend that footwear choices be reviewed with the relevant professional to ensure suitability for the child’s individual needs.
Footwear recommendations provided by Healthy Steps are based on general fitting expertise and are not intended to replace medical advice or clinical assessment.
We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their child’s comfort and fit regularly and to seek professional guidance where any concerns arise.

Pricing & Promotions
We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and details on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€)
- Prices include VAT where applicable (some children’s footwear may be VAT exempt)
- Delivery charges are not included unless stated
- Prices and product details may change without notice
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund.
Some products may have different prices depending on size. The correct price will be clearly displayed when you select your size.
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are valid only under the conditions stated and may be limited to online use where specified.

Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept standard online payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Ordering & Availability
All products displayed on our website are an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell. An order is placed when you complete the checkout process.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable:
- We may cancel your order and issue a full refund, or
- Contact you with an updated delivery timeframe where applicable

Delivery
Orders are delivered via An Post using tracked delivery services.
- A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped
- Standard delivery within Ireland is €5.95 (up to 10kg)
- Free delivery is available on orders over €60
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and circumstances outside our control.

Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase
- Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash
- Gift cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
- We reserve the right to request identification when a gift card is used in-store
Free delivery is available on all gift card purchases.

Cancellation (Cooling-Off Period)
This policy applies to online purchases only and is in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (in addition to your 14-day cancellation rights)
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging
- All returns are subject to inspection
Returns Process:
- Items may be returned by post or in-store
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 5 working days after processing (bank times may vary)
Exchanges:
- To exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item
- Postage charges apply for resending exchanged items

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) at:
