Refund policy
REFUND POLICY FOR OUR ONLINE SHOP:
Thank you for shopping at Healthy Steps. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy or have changed your mind – we are happy to offer a refund on goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The Goods are in the original packaging with all tags intact & be resellable
Shoes must be clean, unworn, with no marks/scratches and with soles intact and unmarked. We suggest trying shoes on in a clean carpeted area to prevent marking of the soles.
Include your name, address, contact tel, email and reason for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. The cost of the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.
How to return goods:
Return Items can be posted or returned directly to our shop.
Postal Returns:
Goods should be packaged well and your contact details and reason for return should be included. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Healthy Steps are not liable for goods lost/damaged in transit. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Items received by post will be refunded through our website. This normally takes 5-6 days and should take no longer than 14 days from the date we receive the returned items. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Returns to our Shop:
Items returned directly our store can avail of exchange or credit note on the day. Refunds to credit cards are processed through our website and will take a little longer, normally 5-6 days and no longer than 14 days. Credit card refunds are processed through the website to the card used for the original transaction.
Faulty/Damaged Item:
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product, either by email healthystepsie@gmail.com or telephone +353 85 146 1142 (during opening hours). We will organise either a replacement item or a refund and have the damaged goods collected from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 6 weeks of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Healthy Steps to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive either repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping:
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to supply all items. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and issue a full refund for any items that are unavailable.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be calculated at the time of purchase. Currently we ship throughout Ireland (including Northern Ireland) for €5.95 for all order boxes (upto 5kgs). Shipping is free for all orders above €60. We also to everywhere across the EU. Standard delivery within EU is €20. Free delivery is available on orders over €130 within EU.
Delivery:
We deliver nationwide with An Post and this takes 2-7 days from date of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 days from date or order. Orders may take a little longer during public holidays.
Any orders placed after 5:00 pm on Sunday through to 11:59 pm on Tuesday will be processed on Wednesday, as we’re closed during this time. Thanks for your understanding, and feel free to check our opening hours for more details.
